At Align7, we take pride in the quality and integrity of our products/services. Our goal is to ensure you’re happy with your purchase, but we also operate in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This includes situations such as:

You changed your preference.

You ordered the wrong size, colour, style, or service option.

You no longer want the product/service after purchase.
We encourage careful review of your order before submitting payment.
2. Australian Consumer Law (Your Rights)
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.
Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product or service has a major failure, including:

It is unsafe;

It doesn’t do what it’s reasonably meant to do;

It is significantly different from the sample or description;

It cannot be easily fixed within a reasonable time.
For minor defects, we may choose to repair or replace the product.
3. How to Lodge an ACL Claim
If you believe your purchase has a fault covered by the ACL:

4. Assessments & Remedies
We will evaluate whether a fault exists and determine an appropriate remedy under the ACL:

Replacement

Refund
If a refund is issued under the ACL, it will be processed using the original payment method (minus any original shipping/handling charges, where permitted).
5. Warranty
Some products/services may include additional manufacturer or supplier warranties. These are separate from your legal rights under the ACL.
6. Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can promptly assist.
