Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly and deliver your items safely and on time. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat shipping rate of $10.99 for all orders.
Free shipping applies to orders over $120 and will be automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed lost or damaged in transit.

Delivery Times

We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–8 business days

These are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).
We will work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and will either:

  • reship your order, or

  • issue a full refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or returned due to incorrect address details. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia.
